Frequently asked questions

Is Uniffy a bank?

No. Uniffy is a customer experience. Payment services are provided by regulated entities within the Faircores group; which entity serves you depends on your country and product, and we publish that mapping.

Which countries does Uniffy work in?

Only the corridors shown as live in the availability matrix. We do not publish coverage claims beyond it.

How do I know the cost before I pay?

Every quote shows the rate, the spread against the mid-market reference, itemised fees, the destination amount and how long the quote is valid.

What happens if a payment is delayed?

Its status stays at processing until the receiving bank or provider confirms. We never mark a payment failed because a response was slow, and you are never charged twice.

Can I get a refund?

Where the rail and the corridor rules allow it. You see the eligibility and the calculation before a refund is requested.

How do I make a complaint?

Through the complaints page, which sets out the procedure, timelines and, where applicable, the external body you can escalate to.

Does the website hold my payment details?

No. The public site never accepts payments, identity documents or account credentials. Everything transactional happens in the authenticated app.
