Who is responsible
Uniffy Holdings LLC operates this website and is the controller for the data described here. Contact details are on the contact page. Where a regulated entity in the Faircores group provides you with a payment service, that entity is the controller for your customer data and its own notice applies.
What we collect on this site
We collect as little as possible.
- Contact forms: your name, email address, and optional organisation, country, corridor of interest and message, plus the topic you chose and the page you came from.
- Measurement, only with your consent: aggregated page views and events such as which call to action was used. No personal identifier is created and no form contents are sent.
- Technical logs: IP address and request details kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it and on what basis
To answer your enquiry (our legitimate interest in responding, or steps before a contract at your request); to keep the site secure (legitimate interest); and to understand how the site is used (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie choices control).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer. Security logs are kept for up to 90 days. Measurement data is aggregated and holds no personal data.
Who we share it with
Service providers that host this site and deliver email on our behalf, under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We do not sell personal data. If your enquiry concerns a Faircores service, we pass it to the relevant Faircores team.
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on approved transfer mechanisms and keep a record of them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use the general contact form or write to the privacy contact. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
What this site does not do
It never accepts payments, identity documents, account credentials or card details. Please do not send them by any form on this site.
